The Chunko Law Firm is a personal injury general practice law firm representing individuals who have been injured at work or as the result of another party's negligence. The Firm offers aggressive representation to individuals and families seeking money damages for their injuries and has extensive experience in all forms of trial work and general litigation.

Daniel L. Chunko, the Firm's owner, is a 1972 graduate with Honors from Washington & Jefferson College in Washington, Pennsylvania, and obtained his law degree in 1976 from the Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He is an active member of the Pennsylvania, Washington and Allegheny County Bar Associations. Since 1977 he has maintained an active general law practice in Western Pennsylvania and has worked with several Allegheny County law firms. With an emphasis in personal injury litigation and trial work, the Chunko Law Firm is experienced in handling both civil and criminal jury trials.

The Chunko Law Firm maintains law offices at the Washington Trust Building in downtown Washington and the Schoolhouse Business Center in Houston, Pennsylvania. Office hours in Washington are from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm daily and in Houston by appointment. Appointments are also available during evening hours, weekends, and home and/or hospital visits can also be easily arranged.
